General Terms and Conditions – Services, Gift Cards and Appointments
Effective: from December 14, 2025
Please read the following conditions carefully before booking or purchasing. By purchasing a service, gift card, or pass, or by booking an appointment, the guest accepts the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC).
1. Service Provider Details

2. Booking, Validity and Payment
- Booking Method: Services, passes, and gift cards are purchased via the Service Provider's minup booking system.
- Payment and Deposit: A 50% deposit of the service fee is payable online at the time of booking.
- Payment Method: The 50% deposit can only be paid via online credit card payment, handled by the secure payment system of Stripe Inc.
- Data Request: The minup booking system requests mandatory (Name, E-mail, Phone Number) and optional health data for the booking to personalize the service.
- Payment Confirmation and Booking Finalization:
- Following successful payment, the guest receives an e-mail confirmation of the successful payment and the receipt of the booking.
- The booking is then in pending status and becomes final only after manual approval by the Service Provider, of which the guest receives a separate notification.
- Invoice: The invoice is issued via the Billingo system, confirming the payment.
3. Cancellation and Modification Policy
- Cancellation Deadline: It is possible to cancel or modify free of charge 3 days before the booked appointment.
- Free Cancellation (beyond 72 hours): In case of cancellation indicated beyond 72 hours, the online deposit paid will be refunded or can be used for a later appointment booking.
- Late Cancellation (within 72 hours): In this case, online cancellation of the booking is no longer possible.
- Consequence: The 50% deposit is not refundable, but the guest does not have to pay the remaining 50% amount.
- No-Show: In case of absence without cancellation, the full amount (100%) of the booked service fee will be charged. The online deposit paid (50%) is not refundable, and the subsequent payment of the remaining 50% can be claimed. The Service Provider may decide on modifying the claim for the full amount on a fairness basis.
- Lateness: In case of the guest's lateness, the service time may be shortened, but the full (100%) fee will be charged.
- Force Majeure: In case of official restriction, technical error, or other force majeure, the Service Provider is entitled to modify the appointment. In such cases, the guest may use the service at a new appointment; they are not entitled to a refund.
4. Passes, Gift Cards and Loyalty Program
A) Passes
- Purchase: Passes can also be purchased via the minup system.
- Type: Passes are for 5 sessions, applicable to all massage types.
- Validity:
- 45 days: For a pass value under 100,000 HUF, the pass is valid for 45 days.
- 75 days: For a pass value over 100,000 HUF, the pass is valid for 75 days.
B) Gift Cards
- Validity: The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Refund: Following the order, the purchaser is not entitled to withdrawal or refund.
- Transferability: The gift card is freely transferable to another person.
- Extension: In case of expiration, it can be extended once for an additional 3 months for a 15% surcharge.
- Cash: The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
C) Loyalty Program Rules
The loyalty program discounts can be redeemed with a loyalty card issued by Pura Flow Massage, under the following conditions.
- Discounts: The discount provides 30% off every fifth session and 50% off every tenth session from the price of the preceding massages.
- Validity: The discount is only valid for a series of massages of the same type and duration.
- New Card: If a different type or duration of massage is requested, the Guest must start a new loyalty card.
- Transferability: The loyalty card is not personalized; it can be used by anyone.
- Validity Period: The card is valid for 8 months from the first session.
- Combination: The discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
5. Liability (Age Limit and Valuables)
- Age Limit: The Service Provider's massage services are available exclusively for persons over 18 years of age.
- Health Liability: The use of the service is in all cases at the guest's own responsibility. The Service Provider assumes no liability for any damage resulting from the guest not disclosing any health condition or circumstance that hindered or endangered the use of the service.
- Valuables: The Service Provider assumes no liability for guests' valuables (e.g., jewelry, phone, wallet). The guest is obliged to ensure the safety of their valuables.
6. Spa House Rules and Code of Conduct
Compliance with the current Spa House Rules is mandatory within the territory of Fashion & Day Spa.
The current, detailed version of the house rules can be found on the Spa's official website (https://www.fashiondayspa.com/day-spa-ászf), and the guest is obliged to read and accept it before using the service.
7. Other Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the services and these GTC. The GTC was prepared in Hungarian; in case of dispute, the Hungarian version shall prevail.
Scope of Service Usage (KATA Obligation): Based on its legal status (KATA taxation), the Service Provider provides its services exclusively to private individuals (natural persons). The use of the service and invoicing for legal entities (companies, organizations) or other business entities is not possible.
